Highlights

We have some news to share, and it is the kind we have been looking forward to for a while.

Artwork Flow is evolving into WebCenter Go, built on the Esko cloud platform. Same team, same mission, now backed by the scale and reliability of Esko.

Where it started

When we launched Artwork Flow in 2022, we kept hearing the same story from growing brands. Packaging approvals were stuck in endless email threads. Compliance checks were a source of constant worry. Teams were moving fast everywhere else in the business, but packaging kept slowing them down.

We built Artwork Flow to fix that. A simple, fast way for emerging CPG brands to manage artwork approvals without the friction.

What we learned along the way

Since then, we have worked with brands across the world, supporting product launches big and small. Every one of those partnerships taught us something. Customers showed us what worked, where they got stuck, and how a single feature could save a team weeks of effort.

That feedback loop has shaped every part of Artwork Flow. It is also why we believe Artwork Flow has been one of the most innovative products in this space.

The next step

Today, we are ready to build on that foundation.

Artwork Flow is becoming WebCenter Go, a new product built on the Esko cloud platform. The team behind it has not changed. The product instincts that shaped Artwork Flow have not changed. What has changed is the scale and reliability standing behind it.

WebCenter Go keeps everything that made Artwork Flow work for growing brands: the simplicity, the quick onboarding, the speed to value. On top of that foundation, it adds capabilities purpose-built for time-starved packaging teams.

A 3D packaging viewer lets teams see how artwork will actually look on the shelf, long before a physical sample exists. Improved comparison tools make version checks faster and catch what manual review tends to miss. And a set of AI-driven features, shaped directly by what we have seen slow customers down, takes on some of the heaviest lifting in a packaging team's day. Smart project creation uses AI to set up new projects in a fraction of the time manual setup takes. Built-in regulatory intelligence flags compliance issues early, before they turn into a delay at the production stage. These are not features we added because the technology exists. Each one maps to a specific pain point customers raised with us, again and again.

WebCenter Go also connects assets across other Esko applications, giving brands one integrated place to manage packaging artwork and the workflows around it. That means customers can grow without having to think about switching systems down the line.

25 years of enterprise packaging knowledge, at your scale

WebCenter Go is built for mid-sized brands, on the same platform that runs packaging workflows for some of the most demanding consumer brands on Earth. Esko has spent more than 25 years working with packaging teams across global brands, refining what an enterprise-grade packaging platform needs to get right. WebCenter Go brings that depth of experience to a product sized and priced for growing teams, without asking them to take on enterprise complexity along with it.

What this means for you

If you are an Artwork Flow customer, the product you rely on is not going away. It is growing into something more capable, built on a platform designed to support you at the next stage of your growth.

We are proud of what Artwork Flow has achieved since 2022. We are even more excited about what comes next.

Welcome to WebCenter Go.
