Complex artwork management and long feedback cycles
The Quest team relied heavily on emails and internal servers to complete artwork reviews. This also meant using Google Docs for adding feedback comments.
Without a proper tool in place, minute changes required detailed feedback. Excessive back-and-forth during reviews meant it was easy for important feedback to slip through the cracks.
