Before Artwork Flow, I didn’t know anything like this existed. We now have structured dedicated workflows for each artwork and a proper asset library with version control which was missing earlier.
The challenge

KRBL, with multiple teams including marketing, legal, regulatory, and packaging, relied heavily on traditional methods for day-to-day operations. Managing multiple email chains manually, the approval process lacked structure.

The team also uses other tools such as a measurement scale to check font and logo sizes, spell check for checking spelling, and a color extractor to verify colors. This way, the team was able to reduce artwork errors by 60%.
